30 Day money back guarantee

We offer a ‘No Questions Asked’ 30 day money back guarantee. All items must be unused, in purchased condition and to be returned in the original packaging.
The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the item to our warehouse.
We reserve the right to charge a minimum 15% re-stocking fee on all returns.
All items will be checked upon return before processing the refund.

We do not accept returns on custom sizes and custom orders.

All items ordered on the website will be shipped out within 3-5 working days from the date of purchase.
While best efforts are taken to ensure that the stock availability is correctly reflected on the website, there can be instances when the stock is not available.  In such instances, we shall notify you and offer a full refund or an alternative item or size (where applicable), to meet your needs.

12 MONTH UV PROTECTION and Warranty


All Liners sold by KURRACA Designs carry a UV protection guarantee for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.
If a liner is no longer weatherproof due to UV exposure, then KURRACA will offer a free exchange, subject to inspection by KURRACA and manufacturers.
The damaged liner will require to be sent back to the warehouse at cost to customer, along with a completed warranty form, attached proof of purchase receipt and photos to support your claim.

The exchange guarantee will be subject to approval after inspection.
KURRACA reserves the right to charge the customer for the shipping cost for the liner sent in exchange.
The liner sent in exchange will not carry any additional guarantee period.
The UV protection guarantee will expire at the end of 12 months from the date of purchase of the original Liner.

The warranty does not apply to any trailer liners that have been subject to misuse, accident, neglect, corrosive chemicals, extreme weather conditions, normal wear and tear, causes external to the trailer liner or commercial use. Leaving spontaneous combustible items, such as moist green waste in the liner for long periods of time which causes combustion will void warranty.
Similarly, excess tie downs, strong winds, excess pressure or force, sharp objects and other such factors beyond our control, that cause damage/tearing to the components and the trailer liner; Such damage is not covered under warranty.
Buyer’s need to be sure of their requirements by checking FAQs or contacting admin to ensure the KURRACA trailer liner is adequate for their application. All descriptions are to be used as a guide only and do not imply usage.
We will not be held liable for any damages resulting from the use of the KURRACA trailer liner.

POSTAGE AND DELIVERY


All shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Delivery excludes PO Box addresses, parcel lockers and is via various carriers. All items are delivered with authority to leave (safe drop). If deemed unsafe by the carrier who is delivering the parcel, items will be carded for collection at the nearest depot. Please note that KURRACA will not accept liability for ANY lost, damaged, or stolen orders, or orders destroyed by pets.

Items are packed with durable strength custom made packaging to protect the items inside on the journey to you. All items are checked prior to packing and handled with great care, to ensure that each item is dispatched in perfect condition. KURRACA is not directly liable for any loss, theft, or damage to any goods whilst in transit; however if your item arrives damaged please contact admin info@kurraca.com.au .

Delivery Delays:
The shipping time provided on this website indicate approximate shipping times only.
KURRACA cannot be held responsible for delays in parcels arriving at their destinations. This includes, but is not limited to: delays with any nominated carriers or carrier agents/representatives, delays in processing and clearance, delays resulting from industrial strikes/protests/wars/natural disasters, road, traffic or busy periods with freight companies. Due to COVID, delivery times will vary and parcels will be left in a safe location at the premises/address provided.
If needing the parcel to arrive in a specific time frame, we suggest you select our “Click and Collect” option at checkout and collect your parcel.
Once dispatched, any liability/damage is then the reliability of the freight company.
