LOADING

1.) Place Kurraca Trailer Liner inside your trailer carefully ensuring it is fully extended and corners are in position.

2.) Flip and lay the top flap outward allowing it to over hang over the front of the trailer towards the vehicle on the A frame.

3.) Fold the side flaps to hang over either side of the trailer ensuring they will be out of the way when loading.

4.) You are now ready to load the trailer liner.

Be mindful putting the following objects into your line will void warranty:

 - Sharp or Broken Items

- Harmful Liquids / Objects that are Hot

- Objects that are too Heavy (maximum weight of 100kgs, see T&Cs)

6.) Once your load is at the maximum height and weight according to trailer manufacture specifications, flip the end flap near tailgate inwards.

7.) Flip side flaps inwards meeting in the middle and feed the 3 straps through the steel buckles and place back onto the Velcro strips provided. Ensure velcro is aligned and pushed down firmly to ensure a secure load.

8.) Flip the top flap over covering side flaps.
In the case of higher loads you may have to extend the additional extension flap to help to secure your load. This flap can be lengthened by pulling out towards the rear of the trailer and secured to the Velcro.

9.) Feed the straps located on the top flap through the steel buckle in which they align. Loop the same strap under the side rails (or similar) of the trailer/ute tray before connecting back on to the Velcro.

(The 6 straps on the top flap MUST be secured to the side rails as this is a safety feature and securing point to help keep your load secure).

10.) Conduct a final inspection of your load to guarantee it is covered and not protruding outside of the trailer. Ensure all Velcro straps are aligned, pushed down firmly and secured.

Please Note: Some different applications of the Kurraca Trailer Liner may require additional ropes and fasteners to secure your load. Additional ropes are NOT to be connected to the liner and must be connected individually.

UNLOADING

1.) Release 6 x Velcro straps and flip over Top flap allowing it to over hang the front of the trailer.

2.) Release 3 x Velcro Straps, releasing the side flaps and hang over either side of the trailer revealing your load.

3.) Depending on type of load (if light green waste and a safe weight), you can use the top flap as a handle, flipping the liner over the top of itself for easy removal. Find the balance point before flipping to make it easier.

4.) Once emptied, re-secure all Velcro straps as per instructions above or remove liner completely from trailer for travelling.

Disclaimer: Please avoid leaving spontaneous combustible items, such as moist green waste in the liner for long periods of time to avoid combustion.
